Quantum Design & Build is the contracting arm of Quantum Group. We have a skilled and experienced construction team who have worked for some of the largest contractors in the UK and are experienced with projects of all sizes and budgets.
We are able to overcome all obstacles and are well placed to deliver your projects on time and on budget. Our build prices are competitive and care is taken to ensure a high quality finish. We can work with you to design efficient, modern and beautiful buildings.
HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS
We work with a number of Housing Associations and Registered Providers on land led package deals as well as through tender opportunities. We have delivered schemes of both houses and flats across the South East, with contracts prices ranging from £4m to £20m.
We work closely with our affordable housing partners to design and deliver high quality homes to meet their requirements.
Quantum have gained preferred supplier status with a number of Housing Associations and are always keen to work with new partners to deliver genuinely affordable housing in our key areas.
JOINT VENTURES
Quantum have successfully delivered Joint Venture projects with a number of partners including investors & funds, private clients and other developers.
We are able to offer flexible terms and creative deal structures to ensure projects are mutually beneficial. We are able to offer a full project management package to cover the whole project, from groundworks to sales, meaning you can hand us the keys and we'll do the rest.
We pride ourselves on our integrity and creativity, we are able to assess risks, value engineer and achieve cost savings without compromising on quality to ensure the end result is a success.
