Alastair Morris
Managing Director
Alastair started Quantum in 2014 following the sale of another business which he started in 2009. He has seen the business go from strength to strength. Alastair is responsible for the overall management of the company’s operations and oversees all departments from land & planning to construction, finance and sales. Being from a land background himself, Alastair enjoys being involved in land acquisition and planning. He has a keen eye for a business opportunity and creative deal structures which have led Quantum to successfully complete a number of Joint Venture deals as well as build contracts, land trades and private developments. Alastair has huge ambitions for Quantum and with the support of his incredible team, the business is set to grow exponentially over the next 5 years.
David Saunders
Commercial Director
Dave joined Quantum in early 2022, following a long and successful career working for some of the UK’s largest construction companies. Dave has vast experience in all sectors of the construction industry but has specialised in the residential market for the last 10 years. Dave has a commercial background and has also overseen a multi-million pound business as Regional Director giving an insight into all aspects of running a successful business. Dave has revolutionised the way Quantum look at construction, build costs and design efficiency. He is responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the company and is a key driver for Quantum’s future growth plans. Dave works closely with all departments within Quantum and is responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered safely, to the highest quality, on time and on budget.
Maisie Bolt
Senior Land Manager
Maisie joined Quantum in 2018 to strengthen the land & sales team and help build the pipeline of opportunities. With her wide and established contact base and hunger to do deals, Maisie has played a pivotal role in Quantum securing more land deals than ever before, as well as establishing our relationships with housing associations to enable Quantum to obtain design and build contracts. Maisie has been responsible for securing a number of build contracts, successful planning applications and land trades over her time at Quantum and has a strong pipeline of deals for the coming years.
Mark Felstead
Commercial Manager
Having worked for a number of large PLC housebuilders for over 20 years, Mark joined Quantum in 2018. Mark's main role is to manage all commercial aspects of our design and build and development projects. Mark's key responsibilities include improving cashflow, supply chain management, design management and financial reporting. In addition Mark has added key processes to the business including; standardising commercial processes and the development of design management process both of which have led to significant cost savings to the business.
Kim Stevenson
Finance Manager
With over 25 years’ experience within the financial sector, Kim oversees the day to day financial and administration operations within the Group. Kim joined Quantum in 2014 and has grown with the company. She is undoubtedly the heart of the business. Kim is responsible and executing and managing all procedures relating to accounting and financial reporting.
Joshua Kent
Site Manager
Josh has worked at Quantum for a number of years and is our best and most successful manager. Josh has delivered a number of high volume and high quality projects, spanning from rural village projects to suburban and inner city apartments. Josh's credentials epitomise the standard set of a Site Manager at Quantum, and his extensive experience markedly contributes to the successful delivery of projects.
